The price again looked like it is bottoming. It took today's mad market in stride. So the market looks like it put in climax selling today, and SIGA looks bottomed. Intel just reported great earnings. Our local HP just announced expansion plans to add up 1,000 jobs. And if there's anybody left who doesn't know SIGA will report a loss in 4Q, I doubt they own the shares. Buy low, sell high.
