Precisely. You're only problem is --- you're not strictly looking
at NYSE bids. There are other exchanges, and those other exchanges
have bids and asks which are intermingled with yours.

Here's my time and sales for the same period of the same stock.
Notice the Bids below 17 are from an exchange other than NYS.
