Thanks for posting that excerpt from the Motley Fool. I found it highly informative. I just had to respond to one thing that Haines said regarding Berman's appearance on his show. He said, "The only thing I can know for sure is that he has been right for months now." At an earlier point, he said the Berman had been right since May 22nd.

And he informs us that guests appear on the show about once a month.

My conclusion is that he may have been right in late May, and he may have been right in late June. And possibly, people who listened to his advice for those two months would have made more money than people who listened to, say, me.

However, if he believes that Iomega will beat analysts estimates now, but do poorly in the third quarter and thereafter because the "competition is coming in" he is most emphatically wrong now. And furthermore, if he was right for two months, it wasn't because he had done his homework on Iomega. Every batter gets a lucky hit now and then.

I'll be interested in seeing how good his batting average looks by the end of the season.
