Nope. Disagree. I think the reaction of those who have belief in a supreme being is foreseeable. This is the typ of case whch should NEVER have been pursued in the first place. There is no compleeing need to decide this issue given the fact that it is most likely to divide us and the harm is neglible. Judicial intervention should be limited to instances where significant rights are at stake. For instance, the abortion decision, while I disagree with the result was a proper instance for a decision because significant rights were involved.
