Golly Gee, J the Shyster! If insider dealings and SEC violations are now Bush's main agenda and he is promising to send the violators to JAIL, please use your legal eagle pea brain to tell me when civil torts result in a person going to jail. Could you cite me one case of where a civil action resulted in federal prison time for a "bad guy" and insider dealings and SEC violations. I will wait with bated breath for your citation. You do have law books don't you? And J, there are and have been people sent to the slammer for such criminal activity and I can assure you they were not convicted on civil charges. Remember, Bush's shennagins involved insider dealings and SEC violations....criminal violations, thank you! Come on J...lets see your mail-order law degree give me those civil citations and Leavenworth attendees.
