Dear jlallen: Its even more ridiculous then that and shows how little the Media understands corporations. Form 144 is notice of intent to sell (usually by time filed sale has already occurred) THIS FORM is filed by the INDIVIDUAL intending to file. THIS FORM WAS FILED TIMELY. The second form they are talking about is Form 4 THAT FORM is filed by the COMPANY not the INDIVIDUAL and often the individual doesnt even know if its filed or not. To even consider the name Bush in the untimely filing of FORM 4 only indicates the stupidity of the media. JDN
