my guess is ORCL or CSCO, maybe even INTC
if it involves Intel, then Andy Grove will return to spotlight

we have some serious problems and scandals upcoming still
IBM used cashflow to prop up its stock for 2-3 years
that was a favorite ploy of Gerstner's
it is not illegal to plunder with poor allocation of resources
Sweet Lou wanted to exit with strong options sales
but it is not illegal

I suspect Ellison has done the same
he needed some fresh cash for his construction of a Tokyo city as a home property outside SanFrancisco
and to maintain his 200-ft yacht, and fleet of helicopters
but I doubt he or his company have done anything illegal

shareholders and board members simply cannot keep up
the level of impropriety is beyond their purview
board members are more like club members to me
they are paid more to look the other way than to oversee
they are paid for past work, not future oversight
they are paid visionary consultants, not financial managers

this will reach a whole new level of UGLY soon
the cancerous nature will derive more from its legality than any legitimate calls for failed prosecution of fraud with jailtime

this is when and how the BigDow will taste 5000-6000
all that older generation safehaven money will be gutted
pensions will be cut down radically
people with power will be affected, over the age of 60 yrs
