If Jain and his crew can?

Yes, exactly. Jain is a shrewd player. He may have run with the hype of the bubble and cashed in a fortune.

In the Phoenix Rising mode of what now is INSP, they have positioned themselves now with no long term debt, money in the bank in excess of the total market capitalization, and can manage operations for quite some time if need be on present operations.

While others flame out, INSP may very well plod along and pick up recurring revenues that fall directly to the bottom line. It may work to us long's advantage to have JAIN's strong handed leadership style to hold together the employees long enough for a good payout.

Any employees with enough stock options to matter, must by definition, be in positions of relative importance at INSP. They turned in their stock options to receive about 1/3 of the number of shares granted back to them, and as you point out, those share will be re-priced on about 8/22/02.

Delisting as well as the current stock price and movement is a faith-based move on any longs (or employees) part to stand firm and not budge.

The reward comes with increasing revenues, profitability, then ultimately the economy of scale as INSP adds major revenue with truly grand deals.

Would really like to see Officer's and Director's personal accounts being added to at these levels...
