There are some unsettled general questions outside the gorilla game which make me want simply extraordinary bargains. One is the tremendous unbalance of payments of the U.S. There's been a change recently which is healthy but what I dimly understand of economics says that the system will exert more downward pressure on the U.S. dollar. Another is the very great addiction to credit card debt by so many people. It's frightening. A last is one that Uncle Frank, ever the peacemaker, will sit on me hard for mentioning. I'm a lifelong atheist and I feel threatened by both sides when I walk into a religious war in which the U.S. is certainly taking sides. These three factors DO NOT belong in the gorilla game discussion. But I have to confess these biases which certainly make me not want to risk 12.50 for SEBL. It really has next to nothing to do with SEBL itself. If SEBL was primarily a European company, for example, I'd buy as much as I could of it at present prices.
