Just wishful thinking. I don't like them. I don't like companies that syphon off a bunch of cash but don't have sound business plans. Their offering during the bubble was obscene, IMO. These criticisms were made real-time in another thread here at SI. They've recently adopted a new business plan. It will be great if they can constructively use the remaining cash. I have no opinion of the company as an investment. I believe that the company's lack of progress after "just a tad" of hype re. the human genome has done the sector big-time damage. This sort of company is Reuters fodder, while much of the sector is trying to remain focused on the development of pre-bubble concepts and medicines.
