I think there should be more attention paid to the situation in Algeria, and perhaps international intervention (by Arab countries?)

I don't like to read about children being killed for political reasons anywhere, and I also don't think muslim-on-muslim violence is something that should be uninteresting to the civilized world simply because it is internecine.

I doubt there will be a UN investigation because the UN exists mainly to denounce Israel.

Someone mentioned 100,000 people have been killed in Algeria in the past few years. I haven't independently verified this.
