Bill: I rec. the ATTO Ultra with 4gb Barracuda Ultra/Wide Great for editing Targa1000 PCI captured video/audio in Premiere. Very nice full frame playback....even faster capture than my Ram Drive. By the way. I don't know about PCs but on my 9500 Mac the Targa1000 wasn't any big deal to get up and running. Although its a tight fit.
