DJ WorldCom Sues Former CFO To Get Back $10M Bonus
WorldCom claims in its suit against Sullivan that the cash retention payment "was conditioned on Sullivan satisfying his duties to WorldCom and remaining employed with WorldCom through September 2002."
Sullivan accepted the bonus knowing he would be required to repay it if he failed to meet the conditions, the company claims in the suit, which is one side of a legal argument.
