I have to admit that the Ray's bbc link was very entertaining:
1) it was done before recount that actually added to Bush's lead
2) The guy was comparing american democracy to british one. It is funny that bbc reporter does not know that England is not a democracy but a constitutional monarchy
3) I specially liked the note about "innocent democrat voters". Such a flare for drama

where do Ray finds those morons, he obviously prefers reading at his own intellectual level <gggg>
