The Fortune article sketches several scenarios, one of which is the following:
1) Saddam has 10-12 rockets with WMD that were not found by the inspectors.
2) Bush attacks
3) Saddam immediately fires off all missiles causing mass destruction of every oil field in the area and Israel. 40% are knocked down, the rest get through.
4) Oil prices go up by 50$ per barrel.
IMO: The US economy then collapses
