Ray, Let me tell you how I read. When I read a quote as the one below which takes a "fact", IOW the legal decision by the Supreme Court and the author puts a spin on it like I have italicized, caution flags go up in my mind and I become dubious of everything else the author says.

So while Bush "won" the presidency on a 5-4 Supreme Court vote which said, essentially, that Americans don't have the Constitutional right to vote for the President,

As for Florida and for that matter, the rest of the US, I have NO DOUBT that ALL parties have people at ALL levels cheating the system. Here in CA we had the DNC sending out flyers to heavy hispanic communities "which purported to be about becoming legal citizens" that were really telling these folks to go vote Democrat. IOW, they were courting the illegal alien vote.

It's all a F***** up mess as far as I'm concerned.
