Ellis says the company has won three contracts as a result of its New York job.

From May 13, 2002 Conference Call - Gordon Sharwood, Chairman of the Board:
"the PowerLOC tracking group is working on three very significant, non-disclosure agreeements with very large multi-billion-dollar companies in the U.S. and Canada. One application is military, one is retail and the third is police oriented. That's all we are permitted now to say about these projects."

Also, e-mail from PRAV indicates that PR is making way through the lawyers and another organization involved and is really close to sign-off.

Some NEWS appears to be coming soon related to military/defense. They apparently are now free to disclose one of the non-disclosure agreements and are in the process of getting the PR out. Hard to be patient - but I would think that 90% chance that it comes this week. With lawyers involved it is not surprising that things are slow, and may even be delayed further.
Don't know what or how big of bang for PRAV - but I, of course, hope for some fireworks. Dont' expect it, but would be nice. And still think the sum of all 3 NDA's, once released, could make things interesting quick. IMO. |
