Seeing you posed some questions I should answer them as you obviously have the wrong impression of my motives.
What does this have to do with Gold Reserve?
Well you would have noticed that Gold Reserve is one of the companies on the first list. Also Cristinas is just one half of a much larger deposit. Brias is the other half.
Until the Cristinas mess is sorted out Brias won't be going anywhere. Gold Reserve has been very much in favour of combining Brias and Cristinas for a while, and so is the Venezuelan government and CVG. So no matter who gets Las Cristinas, a deal is ready and waiting for them to double their mine size and reduce the overall costs by talking to Gold Reserve. There is no dispute on the ownership of Brias.
I guess you are one of the Cystallex cult members out spreading manure.
No. Crystallex doesn't interest me at all. If they get something then Gold Reserve will have to deal with them, if not so much the better.
Look at Crystallex's share price lately??
Yes. Well deserved IMO. Their hedge position is a toxic waste dump! They have one of the worst hedge books around (if not the worst).
You must have missed the part about Vannessa taking legal measures to secure their claim to LC, just as Crystallex has taken the legal route too!!! I don't think I missed anything. Most of Vannessa's legal actions to date have been thrown out of court, but Vannessa's management keeps telling their shareholders what they have lodged into the courts, but never updating the record when those things are rejected.
Placer Dome sold Vannessa a bill of goods in both Las Cristinas and in Costa Rica. Vanessa will get nowhere except perhaps somebody will give them the $50 they paid back for Las Cristinas.. Shucks I would do that personally if they would just stop stirring everything up... I can't imagine how Vannessa thought they could make it look like a real deal and pay only $50. No wonder the Venezuelans are upset.
After more than 5 years, Crystallex still has nothing to show for the growing cost of the LC saga. They still have a chance to secure something, but it does not look as if there is a 'done deal' on this legal saga......
I agree but they have some local support. I really don't know if it amounts to much in the long run. Their legal position is dubious IMO.
You also ignore that if all of this was a 'done deal' they why is Venezuela talking to all of these other companies???
I don't think it's a done deal. I just posted the URL's. I didn't say I agreed with all or any of them.
Strange to see you come to the Gold Reserve board to bash Vannessa. Has Vannessa got you cult members that worried?
Vannessa stuck their snout into this trough uninvited, and as a result they have caused undue delay and confusion. They are only acting as a proxy for Placer Dome, as everyone knows, but they have stiffed their shareholders in the process. If you own Vannessa, I am sorry but don't take your anger out on everyone else. It is Vannessa's management that got you into these situations, and Placer Dome who set them up.
Gold Reserve's project has suffered as a result so I see no reason that it can't be discussed on this board. I am long Gold Reserve. I have no other interests in any of the other clowns in this circus... |
