and, yes, I remember that Thomas was not satisfied with my measures the last time ... and I don't think that is going to change right at this point ... for example, I currently use only 15% ROE for INTC - it's average ROE for last ten years is ~25%. I think 15% is achievable for the next 5-10 years. What is the basis for 15% for 5 years? Does it figure in 6 months or a year or two years worth of the current mess? Does it include any possible rebound effect? I just don't see how one comes up with a number like this other than pulling it out of the air. History is information, but not guarantee.
