I use both 2x funds exclusively in my IRA. (Velocity and Venture) The difference between these funds and the 1x funds is your risk tolerance.

You win or lose twice as much with 2x. If you are correct in your decisionmaking, 2x is sweet. If you are on the wrong side, it takes twice as long to stop crying.(g)

Having said that, it is a great program because you do have some, although small, reaction time at the beginning and end of the day.
