Bankruptcy Filings Continue to Surge Even as Economy Improves

Yup -- I've been saying for a while that a lot of companies (by no coincidence many are ones that IPO'ed in 1999/2000) need to go under (and their CEO's need to take up new professions like clam digging) before the stock market can fully recover.

If all NASDAQ stocks under $1 could arrange to be acquired -- or just close their doors -- the surviving companies would have a much better chance of prospering.

I guess it will take another year or so before the last of the "death's door" companies decide to give up.

But in the meantime -- LET's RALLY !!!
