I lost my investment in Enron, like everybody else. I don't know enough about Lay to criticize him. His business plan made sense to me, and I don't understand why it failed. If there were illegal activities, everyone who engaged in them should be held accountable. And they will be.

I don't admire Turner's "donation" to the UN at all. I think he has no business making such a donation because of its political implications, and for the potential it has to be used against the US. He's an arrogant SOB, as far as I am concerned. He is hogging a good portion of Montana and several other states for his exclusive benefit. I find nothing admirable about him at all.

Larry Ellison is also an arrogant SOB. His employees are afraid of him. I work with his product, the Oracle database, and while it is extremely powerful it is excruciating to learn to use. He likes it that way so he can suck up consultant contracts. I'm personally aware of millions of dollars worth of them.
