Jerome, don't believe everything you read, esp from the NYT. Their article on the "cuts" in the superfund funding was pure baloney, and carefully tilted to create the wrong impression. btw, did you know that Enron gave $$ heavily to the Clinton administration in return for clinton's people allowing Enron's trading to be unregulated?
