Jim, let's fix the problem. Reform the INS so that they can actually do their jobs. Let's not add more bureaucracy to the mess. By the way, you should hear what Portland INS does to Asians legitimately visiting America. This city isn't known as "Deportland" for nothing: jacl.org asianweek.com visalaw.com Maybe Portland INS should relocate to Florida. THAT'S where the real gaping hole is.
