Scott,it all depends how you use your margin.
I use it up until one years worth of dividends, this way,if the unit goes down,there will be no margin calls, and if I wanted to, I could buy more at cheaper prices.
I believe we are in for a correction, but I do not know when, in the meantime,I remain fully invested.
I recently bought PKI.UN@12.27, if you can get it at that price, the yield is approx. 13.7%.
Boston Pizza will be trading around the 15th and I hope to add to my position, I was filled on only 600 shares.I called in to late and I think the broker did me a favor.
InnVest ,Prime restrooms,aand Clearwater haave not sold out yet,and my guess,we will get the higher yield.
