Enigma, My boy! You fail to grasp reality, don't you. It isn't the issue of who was Prez when all this deviousness started, but rather who brought about the government rules that allowed the dropping of government oversight into the crooked ways. Enigma, do a quick web search of who the governement official was that changed the rules to allow the Enron's to undertake their crooked ways....EVER heard of Wendy Gramm? Ever heard of Sen. Phil Gramm? Ever heard of the job that Wendy Gramm had in WASHINGTON, DC? Come on man! Get up to speed.
