A Form 144 is a declaration of intent to sell....Bush filled his the day of or the day before he sold. It would be a safe to assume that a lawyer did that for him would it not? Or are you suggesting that W himself filed the form? Would it not also seem reasonable that that very same lawyer would have, at the same time, filed a Form 4 disclosing the sale?
