Yeah. I hate to have my father and mother together, just in case things are to tense, and there are other dynamics which can make things seem weird, but it was my grandmother's 95 birthday (on the 4th), so an effort was made.....
The move is going well. Most things are packed, all major areas dealt with, and there is a week to putter before the movers come. We have done all major prep work at the other place-- new, expensive, king sized bed in, new couch, love seat, chair and ottoman, new rugs, a few other things--- I have gotten my son registered on line for his first semester of college, we are pretty oriented in the area, including the new station for commuting, and we just went around Annapolis and took some last pictures before leaving. Nice day...... |
