Lorne, all these folks read the same Koran. Some are hostile some are not. I think the reason is that it has got to do with the geographical area they come from. The Saudis, since they hail from a desert region are very martial by nature. Why was it called Lawrence of Arabia and not Lawrence of India even though India has a very long Muslim history. I would also say that the Iraqis are very cultural in nature and they do not get easily swayed by misinterpretations of the Koran. About the riots in India, there were Muslims who were killed and there were HIndus who were killed. The Hindus started it and then it quickly went out of control.
