| Fine call me and others like me "socialist". Untrue. The SOB's that cooked the books at this company hurt many, many people. Employees, shareholders, pension plans (like CA's), other company exec's that couldn't meet unreal expectations (T's, FON's,), not to mention the untold damage caused to young people growing up now in an era of distrust and corporate decay (there is life beyound your little portfolio!) ... in the end, a public company, is public! Fabricate the books, and go to jail !! That's what separates us from the rest of the world...We shall see, starting with tomorrow's 5th ad. pronouncements, whether justice is supreme, and persistent, or whether the 'ol boys money talks... This is an extremely important stage in our "capitalistic" history. Stay Tuned. Personally, I hope what the ex-CEO, the ex-CFO, and others that prospered from the many, many (huge !!) lies and deceptions that they took part in, get what they deserve. If not in this world... |
