Where did I say that Savoy blamed Clinton? I didn't, and you know it.

It is interesting to see the things that happened (and some that didn't happen) on Clinton's watch however.

We also have to look at the Congress during his 8 year term...What was happening and not happening during those 8 years?

And finally....we have to look at the Government slam (thank you Janet Reno) on Microsoft....If you will look, you will see the day the Government hit Microsoft in April of 2000, the market went down, and didn't and hasn't recovered.
