The reason to go for Iraq is if it intends to attack other countries or supply sophisticated weapons (weapons of mass destruction) to terrorists or others that want to attack other countries including the US. Attacking Iraq because the regime tortures people is hypocritical. Attacking Iraq may not be the best strategy anyway... I don't have nearly enough information to have a useful opinion on that. David
