Stock reverse split perhaps? Read a quote today attributed to an 'INSP Spokesman' that offered INSP could perform a reverse stock split as a way to increase the per share price.

Seems rather arbitrary that the rules for delisting go by the price of stock verses some other measure such as total market capitalization or a measure of revenues vs debts or something.

So, what would actually change if INSP did a reverse split? Less shares = more earnings per share = higher stock price = lower number of shares in peoples accounts.

I can see one thing. The costs involved to change everything would be a nice waste of money. That kind of paperwork is not productive. But it should not change the business plan any further, it should not disrupt revenues right?
