It never occurred to me that he would have filled Form 144 out personally, though it just might be possible for a guy with an MBA from Harvard, even this guy. If others have reported correctly(and I think they have), there would be no reason his lawyer would file Form 4 at the same time, as it would be the responsibility of the corporation. The filing of the 144 on time certainly indicates to me that hiding the sale likely wasn't intended.
