Craig, you are one convoluted writer, IMO. Re: "adequate tariffs, small government. minimal tariffs, big government." LOL. Sorry, but minimal tariffs would align with SMALLER government, by definition and in practice. Period. Can't be changed. That Government has gotten bigger certainly has nothing to do with having smaller tariffs(if they in fact were!), whatever the case! You seem more intent on sticking to your forgone conclusion at the cost of finding yourself writing non-sense, than in actually looking at the facts with an open mind. JMHO. Dan B
