Think about it. Look at ALL stocks. ALL stocks go down at some point. Many stocks never go up. It's only common sense to have a form 144 ready to go. Filing a 144 does not compel one to sell...patience with a hair trigger dictates keeping one handy...especially when inside info is readily available. You don't have to have a MBA from anywhere to figure that out.
