"...interfere with the exercise by the citizenry of their right to exercise their religion..." I doubt that they foresaw the current conflict. It seemed a simple rule when the federal government was off in a small cubical on the East Coast some place. No interference with us cowboys in any way...well unless the cows we worship are grazing on federal range land...dang. btw...the weather changed. We are getting rains now...sort of. We get tremendous cloud bursts in some locations that cause flash floods in the mountains and dump hail on the crops...fires still burning everything up everywhere else.
