The buyers have to be coming in with cash or a big down from the sale of their last home. Just think about it. possibly $500k TAX FREE...so money moves.
Tax cuts are very inflationary. Remember Martin Zweig?
Throw in low rates because the rest of the economy is in the dumps and you got a formula for a bubble of magnanomous proportion.

Wanna help the stock market? Cut the cap gains tax on stocks and add it back into real estate.
