J F, It brings out all the evils in the system. vote bartering being the main one. They have created a currency....a vote in Congress and it has an exchange rate, so many US$ = 1 congressional vote. Do you doubt me? The only way is to a secret ballot. What a revolution that would cause. How quickly we would get reforms. Bill
