Mitchell, the semi business is very cyclical. 1995 was the end of the last big upturn. Based on news today from companies like LRCX and TXN, one would need to consider the chance that things are on the rebound. Therefore, FSI would have their earnings forcasts upgraded. I have been wanting to get out of FSI for a while and almos did at 15 5/8. However, I believe that with the SOXX up over 3% today that the stock probably did not move on aquisition rumors and that confidence from the institutional dollars is becoming much stronger on this sector.
