It looks like indexsentiment.com is an important site to watch.

When the daily sentiment hit 81% bullish recently (an all time high), the Nas hit a 5 yr low the very next trading day on about a 5% decline.

Then on Friday the figure was 80%, and the very next trading day we go down 5% again.
