Oh this *sucks*.

If Bermuda incorporated firms don't have to submit sworn CEO statements to the SEC like US-based firms will have to... than maybe the Exchanges could require it.

Otherwise, that 'great sucking sound' you hear will be American companies re-incorporating overseas.
