Yogi. You said...." I mean the human race goes in and gets the war criminal(s) out no matter where they are residing, if their country or host country refuses to turn them over.... Any country, any war criminal, any place. No exceptions. None, zero, nada, zilch.".... And if innocent people are killed while trying to get these war criminals will we end up with more war criminals. I don't mean this as any sort of humor.
