The Form 4 issue is insignificant. However, there probably is a greater prima facia case against Bush on "insider trading" than there was against Clinton on Whitewater when an independent counsel was called for. Bush sold stock before the company's accounting shenanigans were made public. As a member of the board audit committee it is hard to imagine him not knowing about the accounting. Bush can keep saying he's been cleared of this by the SEC but anyone with a brain knows that the SEC run by his father with a general counsel that was his former personal lawyer is not an investigation we can take seriously (kind of like Hillary investigating Bill Clinton on Whitewater). Besides the SEC run by his father merely declined to take action and specifically stated there action in no way exonerated him. Add to this his refusal to release any SEC documents and you really have to wonder.
