If Ebbers was so innocent, as he claims, why would he plead the 5th?

In my opinion, the executives at Enron, WorldCom, Global Crossing, etc should get the DEATH PENALTY if they are found to have committed these outlandish frauds.

That MIGHT send a signal to other execs contemplating such chicanery.
