Are you daft? I just had(evident in your quote of me). All can see.

And of course, CONGRESS increased spending, as always, not any President. The Republican congress of the Clinton years, held it down, without which we never would have come to the place where anyone could claim the budget was balanced(which, I think you know, simply wasn't really accomplished in the first place).
