Does anyone know if this is a florless convertible. This whole thing does not smell right to me as an investment on LVLT's future for Buffett but more just to get a good return on some funds. Buffett could have already shorted the stock, locking in a significant return in addition to the 9% interest payments. I betcha Buffett at this point could not care less about the future of LVLT as he is not the guy to put his shareholder's funds at risk on the hopes of LVLT's success. If this deal is floorless he may also be covering those shorts with very much cheaper stock. Joe
