I was wondering if someone would bring up that one, the difference is that it will be very difficult to get Arakis oil (regardless of how much is actually available!)to the nearest port in Sudan, compared to Kazak where oil is already being produced, etc. I for one did not get into AKSEF, I am not that foolish (and hope you weren't either).
