I spent a lovely July 4th weekend in San Diego, and was amazed to learn that the State of California has banned all diving boards at public swimming pools. Looks like another victory for your attorney buddies! Too bad they didn't ban concrete tennis courts, as they could have saved Venus and Serena from sore feet.
