Wrong. The incident was investigated. You and the right wing media can try saying this over and over but no one with a brain thinks that an investigation by his father SEC department with W's personal lawyer as general counsel is an investigation especially when the letter sent to Bush only said that his father's SEC decided to take no action but expressly stated that they were not exonerating him and reserved the right to prosecute him at any time.
